Our Barolo DOCG “Da Vinci” is dedicated to the great Leonardo of ser Piero Da Vinci, an Italian inventor, artist and scientist. A man of genius and universal talent of the Renaissance, considered one of the greatest geniuses of humanity, he fully embodied the spirit of his era, bringing it to the greatest forms of expression in the most disparate fields of arts and knowledge. the XsExperience wine pays homage to him by representing on his label the symbol of one of his best-known inventions, the Vite Aerea, ante litteram prototype of propellers for flight.

VINIFICATION
It is harvested in mid-October, the must ferments on the skins for a time ranging from 10 to 15 days at a controlled temperature that does not exceed 30 ° C. At least 4/6 replacements are carried out daily.
AGING
At the end of fermentation the wine is transferred to barriques where it ages for 24 months. After a few months’ assembly in large French oak barrels, it is bottled in the third year in August and matures for 10/12 months in the cellar before being released on the market.
COLOR
Ruby red with a fair and characteristic garnet reflection.
PERFUME
Intense with a pleasant hint of undergrowth variegated by spicy and tobacco notes, characterized by great finesse and composure.
TASTE
Dry, warm, velvety, intense impact, hygienic but harmonious, rightly tannic. Enveloping, persistent, and with pleasant aftertaste sensations.
