"Galilei" NEBBIOLO DOC
Nebbiolo DOC “Galilei” was dedicated to the Italian physicist, astronomer, philosopher, mathematician, and academic, considered the father of modern science Galileo Galilei. Key figure of the scientific revolution, for having explicitly introduced the scientific method. The role played in the astronomical revolution was also of primary importance, with support for the heliocentric system and the Copernican theory.

VINIFICATION
Nebbiolo is vinified with daily pumping over at a controlled temperature of 25-25 ° C on the skins for 6-7 days.
AGING
After the first decantations, in steel tanks, and decanting, it is transferred to small French oak barrels where it undergoes malolactic fermentation and remains for 12 months. The wine will remain in the bottle for 3-4 months to further refine.
COLOR
Ruby red with light garnet reflections.
PERFUME
Complex and elegant bouquet, notes of violets and small fruits stand out with an elegant background of spices.
TASTE
Soft and velvety, it has a very long, persistent finish and well-modulated tannins.
