AGING
At the end of fermentation the wine is transferred to steel tanks for decanting and racking which takes place through frequent decanting. It is transferred to French oak barrels where the malolactic fermentation also takes place and where it rests and matures for a further 8/12 months. It is bottled in the middle of summer.
COLOR
Intense garnet red with purple reflections.
PERFUME
Cherry and red fruits in general very ripe, cocoa, vanilla and spicy aromas characteristic of wood, which coexist elegantly with the natural fruit of the grape.
TASTE
In the mouth the wine is full and persistent; black fruits and acidity are mitigated by the passage in wood.
