"Boccioni" Langhe nascetta
The Langhe Nascetta DOC “Boccioni” is dedicated to the Italian painter and sculptor Umberto Boccioni, a leading exponent of Futurism. The idea of visually representing movement and its research into the relationship between object and space strongly influenced the fate of 20th century painting and sculpture. Xsperienza pays homage to the artist by representing on the label the icon representing one of his most famous works “Unique forms of continuity in space“.

VINIFICATION
It is harvested in the first weeks of October and a soft pressing is carried out. The crushed grapes are immediately gently pressed and the juice clarified statically and without the use of clarifiers. The must then ferments for 15-20 days at 18-20 ° C to develop and maintain the typical notes of the grape.
AGING
At the end of fermentation, the wine is transferred to a steel tank and kept at a low temperature, never above 15-16 ° C. It is kept under periodic agitation to facilitate aging on the fine lees, until the end of winter. It is bottled in early spring.
COLOUR
Deep straw yellow with greenish reflections.
PERFUME
Notes of citrus, grapefruit and white peach that evolve into white flowers, exotic fruits, acacia honey and thyme.
TASTE
In the mouth the freshness floods the palate and persists thanks to the savory carpet which, together with dried fruit, are the creators of a pleasant juicy and silky sensation.
